I believe orthodontics is my art — my way of serving others with integrity and love. It’s incredibly rewarding to watch patients gain confidence as their smile transforms, knowing they put in the effort and trusted me to guide them through it.

I grew up in Bountiful, and I’m proud to serve the community that shaped who I am. I’m committed to making every patient feel seen, heard, and valued — because I don’t just straighten teeth, I care for people.

Brigham Young University – Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science
University of Louisville School of Dental Medicine – Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)
Tri-Service Orthodontic Residency Program – Certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics
Uniformed Services University – Master’s Degree in Oral Biology

Experience

I also served as a general dentist and later as an orthodontist in the U.S. military, including assignments in Germany, Kentucky, Japan, Texas, and Hawaii. These experiences shaped not only my clinical skills but my commitment to discipline, service, and excellence in patient care.

Outside of the Office

I’m thrilled to be back home in Bountiful, close to family and the mountains I love. My wife and I are proud parents to three amazing children: Samuel and Daisy, both of whom attend Utah Valley University, and Mindy, who lives in Hawaii with her husband and our sweet granddaughter, Solana.

When I’m not in the office, you’ll likely find me spending time with my family, woodworking, or serving in the community
